Global Supply chain KPIs

Most companies are yet to affect business change at strategic level for measuring supply chain ongoing performance. Many feel that supply chain improvement in an organization relies on “measuring, measuring, and measuring again.” Once a company’s road map for change is laid out, it can develop a set of performance metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that it knows when it is meeting its objectives.

This report will reveal the ideal metrics and align executive to management-level measures. We will suggest how to set performance targets -- internal or external benchmarks, and how to start measuring supply chain performance.
